I'm so looking forward to tomorrow - a big day lined up seeing wine pros around town with Pellegrini Family Vineyards open! Here's a great recipe from Robert Pellegrini I posted a few years ago - still goes perfectly well with the new 2006 Cloverdale Ranch Cabernet! Cheers - Ali
