Over the past few years in Texas, I've spent majority of my time pulling corks of Lange Estate Freedom Hill Pinot Noir for staff-training sessions in Texas' best steakhouses. The Chardonnay from this vineyard is quite honestly my very favorite Chardonnay from Oregon.
