Argentine malbecs are often jammy, blackberry quaffers, great for burgers and pizza. This beautifully structured wine is from Argentina's hottest husband-and-wife team, Pedro Marchevsky and Susana Balbo. He sourced the grapes; she finessed silky, black fruit lifted by an edifice of vivid acidity and masterfully integrated, ripe tannins.
